Questions law firms ask

How much does HonestFarewell Premium cost for a law firm?

Basic is $49.99 a month or $359.88 a year, Pro $69.99 a month or $503.88 a year, and Ultra $99.99 a month or $719.88 a year, plus any sales tax. There is no setup fee and no minimum term. If you cancel, your plan runs to the end of the period you've paid for and doesn't renew.

Does paying change where my firm appears in the list?

No. The firm list is ordered nearest first for every visitor, and anyone can re-sort it by attorneys on the bar roster. Sponsored listings sit in a separate area marked Sponsored, and paying never moves your firm up the list, edits other firms or removes anyone.

Is this a referral or lead service?

No. Premium is a labelled advertising placement with a flat monthly or yearly price. We never match families to a firm, never charge per client or per case, never share in fees, and never pass a family's details to a firm.

Where does a Premium listing appear?

In the area marked Sponsored above and below the firm list on the probate and estate lawyer pages for the ZIP codes or metro you choose. Ultra partners also rotate on their state's page. Your own firm page gets the fuller profile and the Sponsored listing label.

What is the difference between the plans?

Every plan covers your one firm. Basic shows it in 1 ZIP code shared with up to 5 sponsors. Pro covers up to 3 ZIP codes shared with up to 3. Ultra makes you the only sponsor on a whole metro page; visitors who searched a ZIP or shared their location see that ZIP's sponsors instead.

How many firms can share a ZIP code?

At most 5 when a Basic sponsor is there, and at most 3 when a Pro sponsor is there, so every plan's promise holds. Sponsors in a ZIP take turns in the Sponsored area. A metro has one Ultra sponsor.

Who can join, and how is a firm approved?

Anyone who represents a US law firm. Find your law firm in our listings, or add it if it isn't there yet, and tell us your role. We confirm you represent the firm before Premium turns on. If we can't, we refund you in full.

Can I cancel, and can I get a refund?

Yes, you can cancel online any time from your partner account. Your plan stays on until the end of the period you paid for and then doesn't renew. If we can't confirm you represent the firm, we refund you in full.
