Publish your General Price List so families can compare
Your prices on HonestFarewell come from your own General Price List. Here's how to put it where we can read it.
Why your price list matters
We never guess a price. Each local page compares the same package across homes, priced only from each home's own General Price List. A home we can't price shows "Call for a quote": still listed, but last.
The FTC Funeral Rule already asks you to give your General Price List to anyone who asks in person. Putting the same list on your website lets families, and us, read it any time.
How to publish it
- Post your current list on your website as a page or a PDF, at a link that stays the same when you update it.
- Keep the effective date on the list. We show families when each price was last checked.
- Include every item and fee, with the package prices you offer, such as direct cremation and immediate burial.
- Send us the link at corrections@honestfarewell.org.
What happens next
We read the list, a person reviews it, and your prices appear with the date we checked them. Premium partners' new lists are reviewed ahead of the queue, checked the same way.
Want more from your funeral home's listing?
Premium adds a fuller profile and a labeled sponsored spot on your local pages. It never changes the order of a list.
