How a Premium listing appears to families
Where your sponsored listing shows, how it's labeled, and why it never changes the price table.
Where it shows
Your listing appears in the area marked Sponsored above and below the price table on the local price pages for your ZIP codes or metro. Ultra partners also rotate on their state's page.
How families see it
It's labeled Sponsored with an (i) that explains it's paid, plus the Premium partner badge. Families see your name, city, phone button and website, and your fuller profile on your own page.
What it never changes
The price table is ranked by price for everyone. Premium never moves you up, edits your prices or removes another home. That's what makes the listing worth trusting.
